SHIPPING & HANDLING.

Creative Electronics have an established good reputation for care in shipping of both new items and serviced products. We prefer to use Courier Post Service, as this organisation will deliver to both Po Boxes and street addresses.

Over the years we have used private couriers, but have found that the lower cost also provides a lower level of security for your goods.

Most private couriers state that all care will be taken, but if things get lost, you need someone that will provide re-imbursement for goods lost in transit, or placed unsecured at a front door at 5.00am in the morning.

We are happy to use any courier you prefer, as long as you accept responsibility for following them up. Please feel free to call and discuss ypur special shipping requirements. Pick up of Goods is also accceptable.
